The Average setup and clean-up time was 30 minutes. I had 2 screens exposed in 3 minutes, rinsed, dried, and on the press in 10 mins. Then clean up was 5 minutes in the dip tank(fits 7 screens at a time) and 5 minutes to wash and into the racks. Dried 15 minutes later ready for emulsion. When Printing, I had a shirt printed and boxed in 1 minute. (1 color, 1 location). With the average run being 48 shirts 1 color left chest and full back, the total time to complete was roughly 2.5 hours to 3 hours. This meant turnaround was short, so customers were very happy and profit margins were greater. Also, there was very little room for mistakes and with everything working as it should, completion was stress-free and downtime almost non-existent.
