Local landlord looking to hire a maintenance person to help with the following: -Light plumbing repairs -Cleanouts when tenants leave -Painting Units -Posting Notices -Dropping off leases -General Duties Hours are also available for cleaning common areas in a building if the new hire wants. This is a part time position, everything is on your own time but task must be completed by specific deadlines. Candidate is also expected to be responsive.
