Due to growth in our real estate company we are seeking more people. Basic maintenance person needed to attend to tenant calls for minor repairs. Casual, part time to full time position. Pay is based upon experience. Must be reliable. Cleaning, grass cutting, painting and minor repairs needed. Please email your full name, number and let us know what times you are available etc. If you have a vehicle please include what kind it is. We pay daily via payment apps. Work is mostly in eastern suburbs. No roofing, electrical or other dangerous or difficult work. Must be reliable and stick to the schedule. No unannounced absences. No benefits, 401K or paid vacation days but easy and steady work all year round. Must have some basic tools and basic maintenance aptitude.
