Common snapping turtle

I have a captive breed common snapping turtle. I’ve had it since it hatched a year ago. He currently lives with 3 alligator snappers the same size but he needs his own house! Please be serious and have the knowledge to care for a turtle long term. He is currently living on sand and has a naturalistic setup. I feed him live mosquito fish I catch in the lake near my house. He will also eat cut up bluegill. Rehoming fee of 40$
