$13 to $25 per hour starting pay for a reliable worker, depending on experience. Applicants must have a Texas drivers license and a good driving record. CDL license is preferred but not required. Desired applicant should have general knowledge of construction or the desire to learn... including carpenter experience, builder experience-barns and residential homes, build and repair fences, pull trailers with heavy loads, feed and work cattle, welding, painting, and light mechanic.
