Established metal band looking to possibly add members - current members may be able to shift to other instruments depending on skills of additional players. We are Ralph, a group of three that has been playing together since 2009 in various forms. Ralph has one full length release and multiple songs in the hopper, happily situated in southwest Baltimore (Orion Studios.) Our primary focus is the production and promotion of our music, though we have been experimenting with other online content since the pandemic. Our current focus is on creating a new album & merch package, with playing gigs to support it in 2022. As a three piece we have pushed our abilities to the max and are interested in what other people could possibly bring to the band -- more guitar leads, heavier rhythms, dedicated vocals. A 2nd drummer? A different primary drummer to free up our current drummer to do dedicated vocals or guitars or something? Do you want to play metal? Influences: Anthrax, Maiden, Priest, Motorhead, Power Trip, Body Count, Municipal Waste, Iron Reagan, Gama Bomb, Evile, D.R.I., Lich King, Warbringer, Mantic Ritual, Megadeth, Metallica, Mastodon, Toxic Holocaust, Metal Church, Flotsam & Jetsam, Coroner, Gojira, Unearth, Darkest Hour, Deftones, Testament, Death, Cradle of Filth, Lost Society, Ghoul, Alien Weaponry, Saxon, White Wizzard, Holy Grail, Death Angel, and more Requirements: Guitar players must have their own gear for audition; drums and PA available for audition at our studio. Comfortable with headphones, streaming, DIY ethos, no delusions of grandeur. No shitty drunks. Reliable transportation a plus. Big bonus if you have demos of your own work, experience doing anything band related.
