Job Type: Part Time Job Description: Come join the team at Petey’s Pies as a Prep Cook in LA! We are looking to hire someone that’s hard-working and brings positivity to our pie making business. If you’re in the area and love pies, apply today! Responsibilities: -Preparing portions and food items, following recipe guidelines for consistent results (ie. prepping dough, toppings, filling pie tins, etc.) -Tracking inventory by maintaining/stocking ingredients to complete orders on time -Ensuring all food items are properly stored and easily accessible -Preparing and packaging finished goods for delivery -Following food safety guidelines and sanitary standards -Maintaining a clean and organized workspace Qualifications: -Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 -Have a valid California Food Handler Card, or be willing to attend online training to obtain one within 30 days of hire -Access to transportation to pick up and drop off materials in North Hollywood 91601 area -Experience desirable but not required -Ability to bake in your own space is desirable but not required -Strong team-working and communication skills -Ability to work in a fast paced environment -Maintain regular and punctual attendance Please send the following to apply: -Resume/past experiences -A short blurb about yourself -Available starting date
