You seek out opportunities to think throughout the day. 3. You feel compelled to think heavily when you are alone. 4. You remove yourself from social or family activities so you can think in private. 5. Your thinking causes conflicts at work. 6. Your thinking has caused problems in relationships. 7. You have been detained, arrested or disciplined for a “thinking-related incident". 8. People have said that you “think too much” or your thinking is “out-of-control". 9. You think several times a day, even while driving or in open public areas. 10. Friends or family members have tried to conceal or make excuses for your thinking.
