WHOMENTORSDOTCOM INC., a 501(c)(3) exempt organization, plans to host a trial session of In-House Mentoring for Female Entrepreneurs from October 18, 2021 to December 3, 2021 to prepare a cohort to meet the eligibility criteria for Apple Entrepreneur Camp for Female Founders. Pursuant to California Labor Code 1720.4(a)(2), "An individual [volunteer] may receive reasonable meals, lodging, transportation, and incidental expenses." Tech training for women is included, as well. The accommodations will be in Santa Clara County with appropriate amenities. Each person will receive her own room (no bunk beds or pods). Required In-person interviews are conducted at 1 S Market Street, 4th Floor, San Jose, CA 95113. NOTE: There is no charge for volunteering for this trial session. All expenses will be paid by WHOMENTORSDOTCOM INC. Any personal expenses incurred from volunteering will be reimbursed within a reasonable amount of time. Two to three volunteers will be selected and each housemate must have her own MacBook Air/Pro laptop and an iOS device. You will learn how to create a Delaware Charitable Nonstock Exempt Corporation and collaborate on a daily basis as a team. This is important because to apply for Apple Entrepreneur Camp for Female Founder your organization must have: A female founder, cofounder, or CEO; A female developer proficient in Swift or Objective-C; and A developed app or functional build that you can demo live. You must be 18 years of age or older and proficient in English.
