We are seeking Property Finders to Find us Off Market Discounted Properties in Toledo Ohio Property Criteria is as Follows: 1) Property Must be Off Market 2) Must be Vacant or Owner Occupied 3) We ONLY buy properties at a DISCOUNT. We Do not pay Retail prices. 4) Property must not have any Structural or Foundation issues 5) It is expected that you make the initial contact with the Homeowner to present us with: a) Property Address b) Owner’s Name c) Owner’s Phone number and Email d) Connect us with the Homeowner by way of text to ensure that the homeowner agrees for us to call them to discuss their property, or the homeowner can simply complete our survey below and note that you referred them to us. We will pay a finder’s fee of $500 per property ONLY if we Purchase and Close on the referred property with a Title Company of our choice. We are cash buyers and normally close on our deals in less than 30 days. Our Current Goal is to purchase 4-5 properties a month in Toledo Ohio with the intent to rehab and resell. This opportunity can provide a steady flow of monthly income for those who consistently present viable deals to us that we purchase and close.
