We hatch most of our own chickens but also get some from hatcheries in the area when they are finished out for the year. Our last batch was so big we just need to share the wealth, so to speak! Have pullets who are high output layers, and cockerels that mature at 8-10lb weight. We have a little over 40 chickens that need to go, currently, 6 weeks old—actual size pictured above.
