Job Summary: • Lead a lawn care/snow removal crew • Responsible for route and ensuring the highest quality lawn care and snow removal services are performed efficiently • Ensure that trucks are loaded with all supplies needed for the day and complete daily vehicle/equipment maintenance checks • Practice safe driving habits and maintain vehicle equipment/ general vehicle maintenance • Communicate closely with other crew leaders, as well as supervisor to manage work effectively Requirements: • High School Diploma or GED • Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record • 2-5 years of experience in lawn care/snow removal, including ability to handle zero turn mowers, walk behind mowers, weed whips, hedge trimmers, blowers, as well plowing, shoveling, salting, and Bobcat Work • Ability to ensure quality work is performed efficiently • Ability to do light landscaping and general labor (ability to lift 40 pounds) • Ability to use time efficiently, complete work in a timely manner and possess excellent organizational skills • Demonstrate attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Observe safety and security procedures • Positive attitude, willingness to work with others and have fun!
