I'm reposting for owner, this is the original post on nextdoor: Hi everyone, On September 20th My brother hit an Elk on I-25 North Academy Exit and was ejected from his truck. He is in critical condition and the police weren't able to find his lil dog that he had with him. We have searched up and down the fields and humane society. If anyone has seen or found him please please contact us. His name is Sampson or Sammy for short, he is black mini poodle mix with no collar and no chip.
