Findlay Wilsonville Jeep Ram is seeking an experienced Lot Attendant to help grow our business and keep up with the high demand. Our organization enjoys meeting new challenges every day. Summary: This position will work with managers to manage our inventory from vehicle check-ins, follow up with vehicles that are in service, prepping sold vehicles, as well as preparing vehicles for display. This position requires an individual who is proactive and who takes pride in their work. Employee will need to take direction from management and work with the team to effectively and efficiently handle the daily duties, as well at-the-moment support. Lot Attendant Responsibilities: Check in vehicles Confirm serial numbers Check for damage Park in assigned area for service to inspect Prep SOLD vehicles Clean vehicles for delivery Work with manager for additional items Maintain lot and appearance of vehicles Keep all vehicles in compliance with proper tags, labels, stickers, keytags Ensure cleanliness of vehicles inside and out Manage display of vehicles – where and how they are parked Ensure cleanliness of display areas This list serves as a partial list of duties. Other duties and responsibilities may be added as needed. Qualifications: Communication skills – communicates effectively with others. Time management – managing one’s own time and time of others. Basic computer skills. Ability to drive a manual transmissions vehicles.
