• General building and maintenance experience. • Basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical skills. • Ability to safely use common power-and hand-tools. • Self-starter with good time-management skills. • Ability to pass initial screening and criminal background check. • Valid Driver’s License and Proof of Insurance required. • Flexible Schedule – 20 hours per week
