High paid : $150-$200 day must have 2-3 years running crew or previous climber working with ground work. Must be able to delegate, motivate and communicate effectively with climber, and ground crew. Knowledge of chippers, bobcat, chainsaw sharpening etc. 2 nd hiring : general Groundman help, experienced chainsaw- rope man, experience a plus but for the right candidate, will train. 3) climber with previous Experience. Daily as sub contract or full time. Previous tree work preferred but at least outdoor Lawn, landscaping, outdoor experience preferred. WILL train. Good drivers license required.
