Wandered into the Backroom

I wandered into the backroom Thursday night. I wanted to watch a movie but there were either loiterers sitting in vacant rooms playing on their phones or holes in the walls. What's up with this ? You were there also and we kind of complained to each other about the deadbeat guys just taking up space. It does no good to complain to the management, they don't seem to care. I would like to be able to do my own thing back there Okay now I am rambling ! Really trying to see if the guy I met has any idea of what we can do ?
