Austin Hi-Tech Restoration, Inc. is an Austin-based general contractor specializing in commercial and residential Fire & Water mitigation and restoration. We are hiring full time Fire and Water Technicians. No experience necessary. Water Mitigation Duties: Emergency Water Extraction, demolition and disposal of wet materials, setting up drying equipment, monitoring the drying process, taking moisture readings, accurately documenting site conditions. Other Technician duties: Contents: pack-out & pack-in, cleaning, moving, and storage. Building Structure: cleaning, smoke removal, HVAC duct cleaning, and other duties as assigned. Experience in structural drying/contents handling is helpful, but not required. IICRC certifications is a plus. No experience is required and on the job training will be provided. We are looking for someone with a good attitude and work ethic. Compensation will be based on education and experience. Applicants must be willing to handle 24/7 for emergency response including holidays. (Double Time pay for after hour emergency responses) A clean driving record and criminal background check is required. The company offers medical insurance and vacation/sick/holiday pay.
