Description
We have a four month old Saint Bernard puppy available for placement asap. We have two senior Saint Bernards and his temperament precludes his fitting in with our family. We also just found that one of our eight year old Saints probably has cancer and is therefore not able to deal with the stress of a young guy running around, always wanting to play with her. She is too sweet to tell him off. We do not want to lose him, but because of this current situation, we have to place him with a nice home as soon as we can here.
We are looking for a nice home for him, no breeders. He needs an inside home with plenty of exercise, as he has a lot of energy. He is, after all, a puppy. He is doing well at potty training. He sleeps in his crate at night quietly and cleanly. We do take him outside once per night. We are calling him "Snuka" after Superfly Jimmy Snuka, because of the way he runs when his name is called and flies onto the couch. He is a great athlete. We are really going to miss him, and would greatly appreciate someone who would be willing to stay in touch with us after the placement and keep us updated on how he is doing. We would prefer to deliver him to his new home, so we could see his living arrangements prior to letting him go. Please remember that Saint Bernards drool a lot and can get very large, before looking into adding one to your family.
He is unneutered, as he is not quite old enough to have the procedure done and does not have descended testicles. He has had his dew claws removed. He is long haired, with a full mask. He is brown and white with black mask. We are seeking a 500 dollar placement fee. Pictures available upon request.
