I have a all living things small animal chew proof habitat from PetSmart available. I've only had it for a couple of months. It has 2 shelves and 2 ladders included. I'm asking $140 but am open to negotiate. Everything works on it except for the handle on the bottom tray that my dogs broke off but it doesn't make getting the tray to slide out any harder.
