Genesis Inc. is contracted service provider for FedEx Ground. We are currently seeking seasonal help to assist with the morning loading of its trucks before they are dispatched at 9am. This is a temporary position with great earning potential during the months of November and December to help during "peak" season where package and delivery volume increases due to the holidays. As a morning loader, you will play a direct role in making sure that packages get to their intended destination. From sorting packages by size, to organizing them on our vehicle's shelves, this position is responsible for success of our drivers and their customers. The primary responsibilities of morning loaders include:Sorting deliveries and ensuring they are properly routedLoading parcels into FedEx ground vehiclesAdhering to safe package handling practices at all timesScanning parcels to ensure they are appropriately trackedWorking with management to resolve any safety-related issuesFor a few hours in the morning, loaders will make $15.00 an hour to assist loading and organizing packages. This is an ideal position for someone looking to make extra money during the holiday season, but may have obligations during normal business hours (9-5).
