Cashier Position - Convenience Store Experience a Plus As a customer experience specialist you are required to improve on customer relations in addition to the following: • Responsible for and take control of your assigned register to accommodate collecting payments and completing sales transactions of customers. • Properly activate fuel pumps and complete customer’s fuel card transaction. • Verify age of customer purchasing alcohol or cigarettes. • Answer questions and provide directions to customers as needed. • Sell prepared food, including deli sandwiches, pizza, hotdogs, and pretzels. • Prepare daily reports of fuel and in-store sales. • Count cash and balance drawer at the end of your shift. • Scan and record items delivered to the store for resale. • See to the proper organization and cleanliness of the convenience-store and general work area • Call law enforcement to report suspicious activity in and around the property. • Applicant needs to speak English, multi lingual a plus.
