Richco Property Solutions needs a contractor/ handyman to complete work on the interior and exterior of vacant homes that need to be prepared for open house and potential resale. The job tasks will include but not be limited to interior and exterior painting, HVAC services, Rekeying, Sales-cleans, carpet cleaning, light landscaping, and other repairs needed by the client. Materials for all jobs provided by the client. We are looking for someone who’s crew is skilled and hardworking enough to handle a volume of up to 3-5 houses per day.
