Demo a concrete bathroom

READ BEFORE REPLYING... I am tearing down parts of my house and need someone to demo the old bathroom. The bathroom is upstairs and has CONCRETE walls about 1.5" thick, reinforced with some type of metal mesh. It's similar to plaster and lad but an extremely hard compound which was wasn't able to bring down with a hammer. The job is to bring down all 4 walls to the studs and remove the floor to the wooden subfloor. (same type of concrete). Anyone who is selected to do this job explicitly agrees to hold the owner of the house harmless of any and all liabilities.
