Warehouse Packing Associate - EVGA Corporation, Brea EVGA Corporation (Brea, CA) is looking for skilled, motivated individuals with an enthusiast love of gaming and the gaming community to take part in our fast paced Warehouse department. Job duties include Prepare products and accessories for packing. Open product boxes and place product content carefully on working table. Ensure to attach sticker on the specific spot of the product in a correct order. Collect products, place on a tray and carry to the cart in packing area. Place products in clamshell or foam with manual set, poster and cables; put everything into color box, seal with sticker. Carry the products with color box to boxing area. Use tape gun to label shipping box, shrink-wrap the product and finally move finished product to warehouse. Clean up packing area by end of shift including collecting trash boxes. Skills/Qualifications Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environment while meeting deadlines. Ability to lift and load packages over 40lbs. Ability to operate pallet jacks and dollies. Ability to focus on completing daily tasks promptly with strong attention to detail. Ability to read, write, and identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information. Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time. Ability to work with minimum supervision. Ability to read, write and interpret information. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one or two step instructions. Positive attitude and quick learner. Physical Demands The employee is required to stand for 7-8 hours. Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift over 40 pounds. Be able to operate pallet jacks, and dollies to move product. Hours/Benefits Full-Time Position - Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 6:00PM Medical, Dental, Vision after probation. 401k offered after 1 year of employment. Experience/Requirements/Compensation High School Diploma / GED Equivalent required No work experience is required, but previous experience is a plus. Starting Compensation: $16 - $17 per hour Up to $500 Sign-on Bonus COVID-19 considerations: New hires are required to present a negative COVID19 test result, or vaccination card.
