Server needed 10/22, private dinner party $175 for 6hrs!

Personal chef looking to hire a professional server to assist me at a private, 6 course dinner party on friday Oct. 22nd. The gig will last from 4pm-10pm. Pay is $175 flat rate for the night. This will be a birthday party for 12 guests at a private residence in Palm Desert, CA. They will have an acoustic guitarist and the atmosphere is upscale but laid back. Duties include- Table setting, polishing glass ware. Running food and clearing/resetting between courses. Opening and serving wine. Assisting chef with clean up and dishes. Requirements- Professional serving experience is required. Fine dining experience is preferred, but I'm happy to give instruction on this to the right individual. Please be detail oriented, personable and professional. Apron will be provided and attire will be business casual, dark jeans and a white button down. Please respond via email and include a resume.
