The Opportunity Be a part of the FastAF team! We are a Tech Startup from Silicon Valley, looking to disrupt the LA, NY, and SF markets. As a Delivery Ambassador for FastAF, you will be an integral part of the team ensuring that our orders are delivered in 2 hours or less. You will be working in partnership with our Site Managers and Fulfillment Center Teams. This is a delivery role designed for an innovative, passionate, and detail-obsessed person who wants to learn and grow with us. What You'll Do You will be the most important point of contact to our customers. You will ensure that merchandise is safely delivered. You will represent FastAF and our culture. Establish an environment of teamwork, employee involvement/empowerment, fairness, and consistency Perform related duties as assigned, we are all team players at FastAF Who You Are Knowledge of operations quality and safety programs Proven ability to partner with team members for greater efficiency Detail-oriented and focus on improvement Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to adapt to various audiences Strong analytical and problem solving and skills Tech Savvy (Iphone and Android users) Must be willing to work weekends and have open availability What You’ll Need Have your own vehicle/form of transportation. If delivering via motor vehicle: have a valid U.S. driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and complete a background check. Your own smartphone. Must be fluent in English.
