Description
Analyze and prepare data and reports
Plan, conduct and supervise administrative projects, may serve as project leader
Track and communicate data with all levels of employees
Maintain extremely confidential documents
Compile and record data in compliance with company policies
Serve as a quality control point of department data and records
Receive and direct calls
Prepare group materials and correspondence
Resolve routine questions and problems
Order and maintain various supplies for the department
Data entry, handle mail, process orders
Serve as a backup to other clerks within the department
Qualifications:
High School diploma, GED certification or equivalent is required.
A valid driver's license is required.
Minimum age requirement: Must be at least 21 years of age.
