Are you somebody who needs to “start something out of the garage” but doesn’t have the space to do so? Speak with me to negotiate and book an appointment to gain access to my office/studio workspace. There is a restroom provided. High speed internet (Both WiFi and Ethernet) and a/c running 24/7. Cleaned and sanitized daily. There is ample enough space for everything that you may need and office supplies for you to use. I am not greedy and am willing to understand circumstances.
