Description

Porter wanted. Starts at $13.50 an/hour 35-40 hours per week. 90-day probation period, room available. Position includes bathroom cleaning, garbage removal and snow removal. Preparation of apartment turnovers within established guidelines. Cleaning of the building, hallways, lobby, laundry rooms, office, maintenance shop and grounds and keeping all areas clean and sanitary. Knowledge of painting, plumbing, carpentry and electrical a plus Coordinating with Site Manager for any unit inspections and follow-up with work orders. Upon notification from the Site Manager, be available for emergency duty, such as snow removal and in case of a fire or any other emergencies as defined by Management. Completing any incident reports within 24 hours of occurrence Ability to communicate both orally and in writing with a wide range of people Trait of being dependable, accountable and trustworthy PHYSICAL ABILITIES Lift 75Lbs Carry 50Lbs Kneel, bend, walk and stand for extended periods of time.
