I'm looking for someone who can start pretty quickly on a job. Things that need to be done- demo, paint prep, minor drywall repair, interior paint, light fixtures and minor plumbing work such as p-trap install. I'm looking for someone who takes great pride in their work, can give me an update at the end of the day, send photos and keep job site neat at the end of the day and in return I will give you as much work as you can take and pay is more than fair.
