Morson International is looking for multiple Soldering Technicians. This position will start out as a contract position training in New Jersey. Per diem will be provided along with other bonuses like a flight home once a month to see family. [email protected] Solder Technician is responsible for repair and modification of multilayer printed circuit boards using soldering equipment in accordance with FAA and Manufacturers requirements. -Remove/install electronic components on multilayer printed circuit boards utilizing surface mount and feed through technology. -Modify equipment according to service bulletin and/or manufacturer documentation -Prepare printed circuit boards for modification by adding wire links, various adhesives and modifying integrated circuit locations -Works in collaboration with experienced solder technicians -Carries out prescribed procedures according to an established schedule -Work is reviewed by Solder Technicians, manager or inspectors -May work on alternative assignments with detailed written or oral instructions -Completes quality and production paper work and maintains maintenance documentation in accordance with current quality assurance requirements -Completes repairs in accordance with company ISO procedures and Standard Practices
