2021-22 MN Real Estate Required Module: The History of Diversity in Real Estate Homeownership 2021-22 MN Real Estate Required Module: The History of Diversity in Real Estate Homeownership Understand the history of real estate and the government practices that institutionalized racism in real estate. Identify MN organizations that currently work towards eradicating racism in real estate and the real estate professional’s role in ensuring fair housing for all. While in class, we will examine individual bias that interferes in the effective and fair practice of real estate and create a diverse business model and understand the benefits of diversity. This course has been approved by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce for 3.75 hours of Real Estate Continuing Education Class will begin promptly at 9:00. Check-in and a light continental breakfast will be available, beginning at 8:30 a.m. About this Event Richelle Taylor is a residential real estate veteran with 18 years combined experience as an agent, administrator, and loan originator. She is the founding president of the Twin Cities National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) and was a member of the Governor’s Task Force on housing as well as the Minnesota Association of Realtors®' Government Affairs Committee. Richelle served as the St. Paul Area Association Realtors®' Diversity Chair for 2017 and remains on the committee today.
