THE ARTS NEED YOU! Please join us for one of three focus groups in October to help shape a future for the Arts in North Central Washington. A movement is afoot to form a new Arts Alliance in the region, and it could really use your input. As a community leader and future stakeholder, you are invited to participate in one of three focus groups (one in person outside at Pybus Market in Wenatchee, and two via Zoom) scheduled for next month: Oct. 5 - Tuesday, 6 p.m. at Wenatchee Valley College MAC (in-person, outside with social distancing)Oct. 11 - Monday, 7 p.m. via ZoomOct. 21 - Thursday, 3 p.m. via ZoomThe goal is to broaden the discussion and hear from the community as we work to develop the mission and values that will guide this new organization and discover how it might best serve the artists, families and communities of our region. PLEASE RSVP to the meeting date that best suits your schedule. Once you've registered, you will receive a followup email with further details and potential discussion topics for the session. Your input is vital! Attendance is limited to encourage lively discussion, but if we have more attendees than we have room for, we'll set up additional meeting dates. This is an exciting time for the Arts! Our communities need the Arts and our artists need our support so that we can all thrive in a shared and sustainable future.
