Giving away a vintage metal day bed ONLY (and not the mattress or anything else in the photos). The day bed frame is about 20 years old, and I believe it's made of tubular aluminum. It's bolted together with screws that screw and un-screw by hand. Dark verdigris finish and brass finish at the ball finials. The day bed shows some wear at the finials; there are some scratches or loss of finish. There is a chemical-free piece of thin wood on top of the coils under the mattress currently; you can have that too if needed. Our home has 2 cats, but they don't sit on the bed often, and then only on top of the blankets. LOCAL PICK UP ONLY FROM AN APARTMENT BUILDING ON THE UPPER EAST SIDE OF MANHATTAN. ELEVATOR BUILDING.
