This event will focus on our Old Forester Whisky Rows Series. Limited seats are available and the event is 21+. 1st course: 1890 Old Forester: Chinese 5 Spice Crispy Porkbelly, served upon a jalapeno/cream corn cornbread, topped with apples, chive, and micro greens. 2nd course: 1897 Bottle In Bond Whisky: Sweet potato gnocchi, country sausage, peas, sage, brown butter sauce. 3rd course: 1910 Old Fine Whisky: Ground Short Rib, Ribeye, and Chuck Blend Burger Slider, grilled to perfection, topped with bacon, cheddar cheese, and garnished with mayo and a kimchi Ketchup. 4th course: 1920 Prohibition Style Bourbon: Homemade Bourbon Balls, recipe calls for Pecans, with nut allergies not sure if I should. Its basically confectionary sugar, butter, bourbon, pecans, chocolate. Your thoughts? Was also thinking about crème brulee. There are 2 tickets types, general admission and VIP. General admission will get you in for the bourbon and food pairing. Our VIP experience is limited to 10 guests. The VIP experience ticket gets you into our bourbon and food pairing, but in addition you will get to sit at our bar with our bourbon steward to ask questions and to see how our old fashion is crafted.
