(www.etsy.com/shop/AdornamentsNY and adornamentsny.com), we sell hand-personalized Christmas ornaments through Etsy and Shopify, and we are hiring for our prime selling season: the beginning of October until Christmas. We are seeking people with impeccable handwriting to personalize Christmas ornaments. We are a small business, but busy in the holiday season. Writing candidates must be able to personalize ornaments with writing per customers' orders (personalization is handwritten with an ink pen) and proofread completed orders. This is an excellent opportunity for artists, students, parents, and crafts people to earn extra money for the holidays in a busy but casual and fun environment. We will teach you and help you get up to speed, but comfort with writing by hand is a must. *Detail oriented, quick learners *Positive, friendly, calm, conscientious, dependable Location: Long Island City, Queens. Near the E, M, G, and 7 subways Schedule: *We are looking for writers to work approximately 20hrs/wk in the days and/or evenings with set schedules. A variety of shifts/schedules are currently open. *As the season goes on, employees can expect the opportunity to work additional hours with the possibility of overtime, depending upon order volume. There are usually ample shifts available to take on more hours!
