Our first BrunchFit for a cause! Join us for a Yoga Sculpt class with Adrienne Attardo and brunch at Madre Osteria in Milton. Let's BrunchFit for the girls! Did you know about 1 in 8 woman will develop breast cancer sometime in their lifetime? A cause close to our hearts at Brunches of Boston, this is our first BrunchFit for a cause. $10 from every ticket will be donated to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. Adrienne Attardo aka Sculpt by Adrienne will lead us through a yoga sculpt class on the Madre Osteria patio! Yoga sculpt is a mix of basic yoga poses with a combination of cardio and resistance exercises that target all the major muscle groups. Tickets to this event include: -1 hr yoga sculpt class with Adrienne -1 brunch entree at Madre Osteria -1 Complimentary Mimosa -Gratuity for brunch Details: -Bring a yoga mat + water -Please arrive 15 minutes early for check in.
