Learn to find your sit spot at home and connect to nature right in your own yard! Get to know your home yard better! Increase your awareness and deepen your connection to nature as you learn to observe the inhabitants, plants, animals, insects, trees, wind, and stars with a sit spot practice. We will discuss and explore Jon Young's practices from the Kamana Wilderness Awareness school. We will learn how to identify & create a sit spot and how to maintain a daily practice right from the comfort of your own home.
