Please join us Monday, October 18, 7:30pm at Uva Wine Bar, Plymouth to create a Mandala bowl Grab your friends and neighbors for a fun evening of Mandala painting! A mandala is an abstract design that is usually circular in form. In fact, "mandala" is a Sanskrit word that means circle. All supplies and instruction included. No experience necessary! Wine, charcuterie, flatbread pizzas and other delicious snacks available. $30 per person My name is Kim Saunders and my company is OWL, One With Life. I am a certified Kripalu Yoga instructor, registered with the Yoga Alliance. I also hold a degree in Art. I am pleased to offer events of instruction in crafts, acrylic painting and/or Yoga.
