Description

Get ready to make from-scratch gnocchi! In this class we'll cook up a feast of Italian favorites. First off is Basil Lemon Spritzers - we'll make a basil simple syrup and combine it with fresh lemon juice, sparkling water and/or white wine for a refreshing cocktail or mocktail. Next is the main event - Homemade Potato Gnocchi with a Brown Butter Sage Sauce. You've most likely had gnocchi at an Italian restaurant or bought it frozen at the grocery store, but making delicious, pillowy gnocchi yourself is easier than you think. Accompanying that will be Roasted Broccoli with Gremolata (a zesty condiment of parsley, garlic and lemon) and we'll end on a sweet note with Tiramisu. Hope to see you for this class in the Two Aprons cucina:) NOTE: ATTENDEES MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED FAQs What's the refund policy? Full refund up to one week before the class. Within one week of the class I will give you a refund if I can fill the space. What should I bring into to the class? Just bring yourself and a beverage, alcoholic or non-alcoholic, if you wish (I provide water - still and sparkling). I provide aprons, equipment, copies of recipes and the food. Occasionally we will have leftovers, so feel fring to bring a reusable container if you want to bring food home. What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event? There is plenty of street parking available. My address is 2 Oakmount Circle - first house on the left when you turn onto Oakmount (gray cape cod w/ yellow door). How can I contact the organizer with any questions?
