About the Panel Brian Salkowski brings over two decades of experience in the workforce management industry. Currently serving as Guidant Global Chief Operating Officer (COO), he leads the strategic implementation of its vision and operational delivery across all global markets. Brian is unwavering in his commitment to changing the dynamic of MSP services, championing a better, more forward-thinking approach. He has also recognized one of the most influential individuals in recruitment by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), featuring in their annual Staffing 100 North America list for 2019, 2020, and 2021. David Cooper has over 25 years of sales, strategy, consulting, operations, and executive leadership execution in numerous talent acquisition industry sectors. These include Managed Services Program (MSP), Vendor Management System (VMS), Direct Sourcing, Staffing, Payroll, and Independent Contractor Management Services. As an early innovator for MSP, VMS, and Direct Sourcing providers. David has led numerous industry leaders from their initial launch through market maturity. He has engaged with numerous Global 1000 companies to design and execute their talent acquisition strategies. As president of Opptly, he centers on innovative talent acquisition strategies and direct sourcing. Kevin Blasco has over twenty years of diversified experience in direct sourcing, managed services, talent acquisition, and contingent workforce governance. Kevin is the Director of Contingent Workforce for Maximus. Kevin has successfully transformed recruiting strategies and built strong teams to meet ever-changing business and talent needs throughout his career. He brings a broad set of talent acquisition experiences in which he has developed and managed programs spanning multiple business functions and areas. He received his Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Saint Joseph's College in Rensselaer, IN.
