Please join us as we celebrate the Mexican culture with a Huipil Gala Fashion Show. Saturday, November 6, 2021 12pm-5pm 12-1 Opening remarks 1-2 Speakers 2-3 Shopping, Food, BYOB 3-4 Huipil Fashion Show 4-5 Raffle We will have vendors, a raffle, and a Huipil fashion show. The purpose is to celebrate and highlight our culture's fashion, art, and culture! A huipil is a hand made garment women wear. It takes about 3-4 months to hand stitch each flower or animal that adorns it creating a beautiful story. Our goal is to highlight this ancient tradition and bring to light the beautiful art and culture our history has to offer.
