Two houses a couple blocks apart. (1) Kitchen waste line: The chrome kitchen sink kit waste line from the disposal to the 2" P-trap directly below in basement needs replacement, including the threaded P-trap (presumably with PvC). (2) Kitchen faucet - replace existing. (3) Toilet - replace existing. I pay for materials / parts. My preference is to find someone I trust and can afford longer term for recurring jobs in my rental homes. Semi-retired is fine. Sooner is better. Please reply with your plumbing experience - full time plumber, handyman or occasional side jobs. How far you'd travel to get to Wellesley. When you are available. Age group - teenager, sixties, other?
