I am needing to rehome my almost 4 year old English bulldog. He’s a great dog but there has been a lot of changes within our home and family that he is having trouble adjusting to. I am looking for a family where he is the only dog. He 100% gets along with other dogs, cats, and really any animal. He loves to play but gets tired easily, he cannot be outside longer than 15 minutes if the temperature is 65° or above. There is a lot of heat issues with this breed and physical issues and health issues with the spread. He does have allergies to food such as wheat chicken soy and corn. He is obsessed with any form of water. If you say the word TUBBY he will go running to wherever the bathroom is. This boy is my child and I love him more than anything in life but like I said due to personal and family reasons he is not living the best life he should. This is not an easy decision and some thing that I’ve thought about for over a year now. I will not rehome him unless I am 100% sure that the home he is in is a good one. I will not Adopt them out to anyone who does not know about this breed. I will not rehome him to anyone who is not willing to sign paperwork saying that he will never be rehomed again and if that family or person who adopts him can no longer keep him he will come back to me. I will request a lot of information also I would like to know about family, housing, other pets, how do you know about the breed or if you’ve had any interaction with the breed before. He is 100% pure English bulldog. He is AKC registered and will come with all his paperwork and vet information and records. Please reach out to me for pictures and information. There is a rehoming fee. He will not be “given away” nor will I be asked to lower the rehoming fee. If you know about the breed you know their cost of not only adoption but to maintain them. If you can not afford the adoption fee then I know you will not be able to afford his up keep or care. Thank you.
