Has your High school son/daughter applied for SURGE? Come join us for our One hour parent session! Welcome to H.O.P.E. Dealers Outreach First High School Internship Parent Orientation! SURGE mission is to work with urban youth entrusted to our care to foster the skills they need to make lifelong positive choices and to create their own opportunities for success. The gold standards of our high school internship are part of a continuum of work based learning that includes career awareness, exploration and preparation Activities. (Prepare, DO, Reflect) This 1hour session will allow parents who've been accepted into our program attend our In-Person event. During this session, we will give further details of the program, review calender, parent pick-up/drop off, and filing of Emergency Contact forms. This meeting is also open to parents who want to learn more SURGE but not signed-up for this Falls semester. Parents who want to Volunteer, will also take this opportunity to sign-up!
