Funds raised will be donated to the following charities. AREAA Foundation - To help meet the critical need for API leadership education and advancement, the Foundation launched a regional leadership education classes specifically for AREAA chapter leaders throughout the country. BSCC (The Bilateral Safety Corridor Coalition): Alliance of over 60 government and nonprofit agencies in the United States and Latin America that is convened in and along the U.S.-Mexico Border Region to combat slavery and human trafficking. AREAA San Diego Chapter Home Buyer Grant: Grant to be given to 1 or 2 families for 2021 to be used towards their closing costs for their first-time home purchase. AREAA is a great avenue to reach out and form positive alliances with all ethnicities. These strategic coalitions can help promote future legislation that will serve the best interest of the community.
