They will discuss the process from beginning to completion…without losing your mind, money, or marriage! Cara Cummins, AIA, NCARB Award-winning Architect with 25 years of experience in the Architectural design, planning, and construction of diverse projects. As a Founder of TaC studios, she has led the design of many project types. New construction and renovations, for single and multi-family projects to adaptive re-use, hospitality, retail, and corporate projects. Cara’s extensive background in understanding the challenges of construction, directing all phases of design through completion, all the while translating the desires of the client into reality. Randy Harris Randy has over 42 years of banking experience, all in the Atlanta market. His career experience has included work in operations, financial accounting, collections, credit, retail banking, business banking, commercial lending, and bank management. He most recently served as Area Executive for the Midtown Market of SouthState Bank. Randy enjoyed working closely with commercial and retail clients and was actively involved in all aspects of their banking experience. Randy is a native of Atlanta, a resident of Old Fourth Ward and has been very involved in the local community via civic and non-profit organizations.
