What to expect? Cacao Ceremony & Heart Opening Meditation - An opportunity to give gratitude & set your intention. Intro to the Sustainability of Jeans 101 - Sophie, founder of Positive Phee will give a short introduction to jeans & why the fashion staple is one of the least sustainable clothing options. Sophie will explain the importance of prolonging the life of our jeans along with some tips & tricks of how we can do so. Select Your Canvas - When purchasing your ticket you will be required to state your jean size(s) & preferred style/fit so that Sophie, founder of Positive Phee can prepare a selection of jeans for you to choose from. Alternatively, you are welcome to bring a pair of jeans that you already own & wish to give new life to.Guided Art Embodiment & Upcycling Jeans Experience - Trained artist Taylor, founder of Unify the Ties, will guide you through painting techniques with intention to decorate your jeans & give them new meaning. Vegan Light Refreshments & Snacks - After working on our new masterpieces we will regain our energy by feasting on some light vegan refreshments.Charity Raffle - Purchase your raffle tickets at the event via Venmo. After researching the current fashion cycle and the damage that fast fashion has done to our society & environment, Sophie was motivated to explore a niche for clothes swapping, luxury rentals and sustainable styling.
