If you are wanting to lose weight and improve your overall health and well being our 8 WEEK Boot camp is an awesome program to check out. What do you need to exercise? YOU! Now is the time to start exercising. -Want to live longer. -Lose weight and tone-up. -Build Strength and Endurance. -Increase Cardio Fitness. -Improve sleep. -Feel better. -Have more energy. It is never too late to start, no matter your age or your current physical condition. Class Description Our 1 hour routines are designed to improve your fitness level with a variety of exercises, Circuit Training which is a method that combines several strength and high intensity aerobic exercises. Crossfit Style Workouts (Using Dumbbells and body weight), Zumba and KickBoxing Dances for (CARDIO). The purpose of this program is to have FUN and enjoy your workout! After you find out that one workout you love and start getting more comfortable with our exercises, you’ll open the door to more workouts. We are here to motivate each and everyone into a new fitness journey.
